SCHEDULE A YOGA CLASS
We use MindBody Online for all our class scheduling. To schedule a class, first find the yoga class you are interested in below then select the BOOK button. You will need to create an account with MindBody or login to your existing account. From there you will be able to choose the class package that is suitable for you and add payment information to make the process smooth and seamless for future bookings. If you have any questions on booking please contact us.
For virtual classes, you will need a space to practice comfortably that won't limit your mobility, a mat, a towel and a water bottle. Blocks, straps and bolsters are optional to enhance your practice. After you have booked your class, you will receive a link to the email address in your account around 15 minutes prior to the start time.
