What are the benefits of yoga?
Yoga has numerous benefits, both for the body and the mind. It can improve flexibility, strength, and balance, while also reducing stress and promoting mental clarity.
Do I need to be flexible to do yoga?
No, you don't need to be flexible to start practicing yoga. Yoga actually helps to improve flexibility over time. Our classes are designed for all levels, including beginners.
What should I wear to a yoga class?
Wear comfortable, stretchy clothing that allows you to move freely. Avoid wearing anything too restrictive or baggy. Yoga is typically practiced barefoot, so no special footwear is required.
How often should I attend yoga classes to see results?
Consistency is key when it comes to seeing results from yoga. We recommend practicing at least 2-3 times a week to experience the benefits. However, even attending one class a week can make a difference.
How do I sign up?
Pre-registration through our scheduling system MINDBODY online is strongly recommended. Walk-ins are welcome!
When will doors open?
Doors will be open 15 minutes prior to class start time.
Do you sell water?
We have a Culligan bottle filling system, but no water for sale.
Do you have equipment I can use?
Mats, blocks, straps, bolsters, blankets, foam rollers, sandbags, 1-5 lb hand weights and pilates balls are all available for use.
Do you offer towel rentals?
No towel rental available, remember to bring one from home!
Do you offer parking?
Daytime street parking is metered at $0.75/hour Monday-Friday from 8AM-5PM.
We have quarters on site if you are short, and the meters have a QR code for digital payment.
